Student Address Updates
P - Permanent - all mailings go to the specified permanent address
L - Local - no mail goes to this address, this is only for locating in case of an emergency
N - Next-of-kin if needed
K - 2nd Next-of-kin if needed
B - Billing address is set-up by student accounts when bills cannot be mailed to the permanent address
The ASU Box cannot be permanent, local, or next-of-kin address unless a special situation exists and approval is granted by the Registrar. If the local address is the same as the permanent address, you must put a "P and L" by the address on screen 003. Dorm information is listed as local and is updated automatically by the residence life system.
