Course Requirement Exceptions and Processing

Job Number RBA807_A

RBA807_A is published on EPrint during processing cycles. For example, a report for the upcoming term is usually available the day after final grades are due for the current term. Check the Job Submission Calendar, located on the "Faculty/Staff Resources" pages under "Publications and Information," for exact dates.

RBA807_A will indicate the specific course requirement that was not met by the enrolled student. Drops are not automatic. Departments and dean's offices may manually drop ineligible students, using the "DD" function on screen SFAREGS. Any on-line permits or overrides should also be dropped at this time from SFASRPO (record remove and save). Please note that all drops should be completed before schedules are printed for the upcoming term. This will give students an opportunity to add a different course during the Drop/Add period. The Registrar's Office will notify departments and dean's offices of the drop deadline, so this may be accomplished.
