To add or reduce the maximum enrollment:
- Enter the department, course number and section number.
- Enter the term and press the ENTER key.
- Enter the maximum enrollment for this section and press the ENTER key.
Note: If you change the maximum enrollment to zero, you MUST notify the Registrar's Office for further instructions.
To use the Classroom Management Search Engines:
- Enter an "X" in the "Fnc" field.
- Tab to Days and enter the meeting days.
- Fill in Start and Stop time.
- Press enter and you will be sent to screen 1C6 for a room selection
To make manual updates:
- The "U" function will undo the building and room information only
- The "D" function deletes the entire meeting pattern.
- The "R" function allows you to re-enter the data.
- If there is a time conflict, enter a "C" if the conflict is acceptable or a "T" to resolve later.

To update faculty assignments:
- Enter the department , course number and section number.
- Enter the term and press the ENTER key.
- To update a faculty assignment, tab down to Instructor ID and enter the Instructor ID number. If the Instructor's ID number is not available, type the last name in this field and press ENTER. At the Faculty Name Index, select the corresponding number in the line field. Press ENTER to select the appropriate name and return to screen 132. Press ENTER once more for the computer to accept this instructor's name.
- If the Instructor's ID does not appear on the Faculty Name Index, type in an "X" to exit the Index Display. This will automatically take you back to screen 132. Press ENTER again. (At this point, the name will be highlighted.) Type in 999-99-9999 and press ENTER.
- Tab to SCHEDULE NAMES, type in last name and first initial , use upper/lower case, and press the ENTER key. Please note that all faculty must have an ID assigned by the Enrollment Report deadline.
