07/30/08 through
08/06/08		 •  Grading available for Second Graduate/Teacher Term
(Deadline is extended until 8/6/08 at 12:00 PM due to system availability)
08/01/08 through
08/03/08		 •  Banner will be unavailable for Oracle 10G (operating system) upgrade
08/05/08
•  Tuition due for Fall 2008 early registration and schedule adjustment registrations
08/06/08 •  Grading turned on for Summer Ten Week Term and Second Five Week Term
08/11/08 •  1:00 PM Grade Deadline
•  *F (administrative F's are posted)
•  Email to faculty and adminstrative offices of missing grades
•  ALL UPDATES SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY ALL AREAS BY 3:00 PM
•  4:00 PM System unavailable - grade roll process
08/12/08 through
08/13/08		 •  All records, grade changes, and posting of NR grades done by 10 AM
•  Verification of grades roll to academic history
•  GPA calculation and academic standing set for 200820 and 200830
•  Updates to academic action
08/13/08 through
08/14/08		 •  Verification of grade substitution process
•  Academic Action reviewed for printing production
•  Run admitted to college report
•  Run admitted to teacher education report
•  Pre-requisite report ran for Fall 08, reviewed and sent to chairs and deans
08/15/08 •  Reports to academic areas (academic action)
•  Dashboard reports available
•  Production reports available on Eprint
•  On demand reports available by contacting the registration center
NOTE: Each unit will be notified as processing is complete
08/18/08 •  Ineligible letters go out to students
08/19/08 •  Schedules dropped for academically ineligible students
