End of the semester transcript requests - Spring 2013
Because of the processing of final grades, official transcripts cannot be released until these processes are done. Below are the dates transcripts will be released from those who request them. Please note that all transcript guidelines are applicable during this time.
- Official transcripts for currently enrolled (non-graduating) students with grades posted will be released by Friday, May 17, 2013.
- Official transcripts for Spring 2013 undergraduate graduates with degrees posted will be released by Tuesday, May 28, 2013.
- Official transcripts for Spring 2013 graduate graduates with degrees posted will be released by Thursday, May 23, 2013.
- Official transcripts for students who are not currently enrolled will be processed as usual.
During the final grading period, students may still request transcripts by fax, mail, or in person (by coming to the Service Area of the Registrar's Office - 109 John E. Thomas Hall). In addition, students may obtain an unofficial transcript through the Student tab in AppalNET or through Banner Self-Service. Students should note, however, that GPA and earned hour information on the unofficial transcript is incomplete while final grades are being processed.
