Readmission to the University
Students who were absent during a Fall or Spring term must be formally re-admitted to the University by completing a Data Sheet.
Undergraduate degree-seeking students returning during a Fall or Spring term submit the Data Sheet to the dean's office of the college of which the student was assigned when last enrolled. All other classifications returning during a Fall or Spring term submit the Data Sheet to the Registrar's Office.
All students / classifications returning during summer terms submit the Data Sheet to the Summer Session Office.
All students returning to off-campus programs submit the Data Sheet to the Office of Distance Education.
All blocks must be removed prior to registration. If questions, call the Records Area of the Registrar's Office at 828-262-2051.
